1. Replacement Policy
Once Infoxnut receives a customer's item, the Infoxnut team will inspect it and notify the customer that the returned item has been received. If the item meets all eligibility criteria and is deemed suitable for a return, the Infoxnut team will contact the customer to discuss options for selecting another product of equal or greater value.
Once the replacement product(s) have been chosen and any additional payment, if required, has been completed by the customer, the Infoxnut team will ship the new items as soon as possible.
To initiate a return request, the customer must send an email providing a detailed explanation of the product along with supporting media (images or videos) within 6 hours of delivery. The Infoxnut team will then analyze the case internally. If the situation is deemed appropriate for a return, the Customer will need to send the product back to the registered mailing address. Our team will verify the condition of the returned item and provide guidance for a replacement according to Infoxnut’s "Replacement Only Policy."
Additionally, Infoxnut will update the Customer to initiate a request for the return of the original item and provide the necessary details. The Customer must ensure that the order is packed in the same manner as it was delivered, and they will bear the expense of resending the products to the address specified in the email.
The Company advises Customers to purchase the product and verify its quality before making any further purchases on the platform. Returns must be shipped to the company’s registered address, which is available on the platform, and the Infoxnut Team should be informed of the tracking number via email. The responsibility for returning the order lies solely with the Customer, and any return shipping charges will be the Customer's responsibility.
Note :
Please note that damages resulting from poor delivery will lead to the cancellation of return and refund requests. If a return or refund is canceled, the order will be sent back to the Customer, who will also be responsible for the delivery charges.
2. Replacement Terms
Infoxnut will first process the returned products and conduct a thorough inspection of each item. This inspection will take place within 7-10 working days from the date the products are received by Infoxnut. Once the inspection is completed, we will initiate a refund.

Infoxnut reserves the right to cancel a customer’s service request after payment has been made if we suspect that the transaction is fraudulent, doesn’t comply with our Terms of Use, or if there are other reasons beyond Infoxnut's control. This includes situations where we do not wish to do business with a particular customer.
While we strive for accuracy in service specifications and pricing, please note that product details and other information displayed on our platform may be subject to inaccuracies due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information provided to us. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as the error is identified. Infoxnut reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund for any payments made toward the purchase of affected services.
Furthermore, Infoxnut maintains a list of fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users. We reserve the right to deny access to these users at any time and cancel any future orders they place.
