Return and Refund Policy

The platform and Infoxnut will only accept returns for products sold on the platform if the customer receives damaged items, defective items, or products they did not order. Return and refund requests will not be considered based solely on color discrepancies or inaccuracies in the product description.

Customers must submit a return request within 6 hours of the product's delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

1. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the products.

2. Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or other issues must be reported within 6 hours of receiving the products. The Infoxnut team may request a digital photo of the issue to assess the situation and consider a replacement.

3. Products requested for return must not be used and should be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, as they were delivered to the customer.

The customer must provide the original invoice that was included with the package during the return process.


Infoxnut will accept a return if the product is damaged or differs from what was ordered. However, returns will not be accepted for reasons related to color, handmade variations, specifications, or descriptions of the products.

Before returning a product, we encourage customers to consider how our items are made. All products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means that each product is unique and may have slight differences from others.

Please keep in mind that irregular designs, weaves, prints, or stitches should not be regarded as defects. By definition, handloom and handicraft products embrace a beautiful element of uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
